Before We Begin

Caier is more than a technique — it is a professional discipline that safeguards each guest's health. Our long-term goals are to lift caier out of the old barbershop stereotype, establish it as a beauty-and-wellness service in its own right, and build a healthy, professional market around it.

Course Structure

Credits

15 credits each of theory and technique (1 credit ≈ 1 hour)

Class Size

Small classes of about 2–4 students

Hours

6 hours a day; the core course takes about five days, plus one exam day

Schedule

Customised — dates arranged with your classmates, 1–2 days a week, finishing in about a month and a half

Bonus Modules

Industry overview / tool care / opening a studio / marketing and booking systems — currently all free

Final Exams

Written theory and practical exams; 80 or above in each to pass. Retakes can be arranged (from the third retake on, a fee applies — written $500 / practical $1500)

Whatever MIMIC EAR knows, you will know — every new skill Mumu, Loyi and your seniors learn is shared with partners, so the whole craft can thrive together.
